USC Trojans @ Colorado Buffaloes Friday Night Free Football Pick

USC Trojans Colorado Buffaloes Friday Night Free Football Pick: The Trojans started off as a pretty interesting team, struggling badly through Minnesota and Utah before finding their way a little against Syracuse. They were 3-0 to start the season, but a 22-43 beating at the hands of Arizona State made a lot of people wonder. Then, when they could only outscore the Wildcats by a touchdown, giving up 41 points at home to Arizona, I really started to wonder. Carling Cup quarter final draw – Arsenal meet Manchester City

With Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea still in the Carling Cup, there was always going to be a couple of mouth-watering quarter final ties and that was the case when the draw was made on Saturday.

The plum tie is probably Arsenal at home to Manchester City, with the Gunners currently bang in form after winning their last five matches including a 5-3 win at Chelsea which nobody saw coming.

The Gunners will now try to outscore a City side that are hammering in the goals in every match that they play at the moment.

Chelsea are up against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, with Andre Villas-Boas clearly keen to win this piece of silverware with the west London club, while Manchester United will be delighted to have drawn Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.

Finally, Blackburn will travel to Cardiff for a place in the semi-finals and both teams will fancy their chances in south Wales.

First big meeting

This time it matters more. Manchester City made the big step up and are now the main challengers for dethroning Ferguson’s Red Devils. In the last round they took advantage of their cousins’ break at Anfield, overtaking them in the table. How long will they resist at those dizzy heights? Expect Mancini to be all for counter attacking. He knows his side are not yet at the level of United when it comes to grit and desire for winning. Playing it safe and keeping their place at the top will be top priority for the Italian when he visits the Devils’ den. Visi Read full article…

From the moment former Pittsburgh Penguins legend Jaromir Jagr played his last game in the NHL and took his talents to play for the KHL’s Avangard Omsk in Russia people have wondered when he’d once again play in the NHL and come back to North America.

Well, the wait for Jagr’s NHL return might be over next season. After some speculation he might come back and play for the Edmonton Oilers the past couple of seasons, Jagr could very well make a return not only to the NHL but to the team of his glory days, the Pittsburgh Penguins.
